Background
I founded and sold two companies, Web Zeit, an internet strategy firm, acquired by WPP, and Mass Transmit, a leading provider of
email marketing tools, services and expertise, which was acquired by Striata. Prior to founding Web Zeit, I worked in management
consulting and worked with Soth Godin developing online marketing platform Yoyodyne, which sold to Yahoo.
I work as trusted advisor to CEOs, founders, business owners and executives to help them make better decisions that benefit their companies, families and communities. I’m passionate about helping leaders to achieve measurable, sustainable business results and
lead happier, more fulfilling lives.
I am the author of the business bestseller, Tony Soprano on Management, which has been published in seven languages. I’ve appeared on radio and TV and speak at conferences, companies, business schools and trade shows around the world.
I have recruited a team of trainers who are the best in their fields, offering training for individuals or groups, ranging from half-day single sessions to monthly courses.
What’s In a Name?
Leadership (noun): The action of leading a group of people or an organization, or the ability to do this.
Fleet (noun): A number of ships, airplanes or other vehicles operating together, engaged in the same activity.
